1、液壓泵輸油量不足。包括液壓泵泵油量不夠，吸油阻力過大，吸油管道漏氣，油液黏度過大或油溫太低，油箱中油面高度過低以及油箱通氣孔堵塞，可能由于貨物在承載時，超載或者偏載，使得活塞桿與油缸受到損壞。

2、液壓泵內泄漏嚴重。如零件磨損過大、密封間隙變大、泵體因鑄造缺陷等，使鋁合金升降機壓油腔和吸油腔連通，調整的螺母和六角螺母不在正確的位置上；這時要根據判斷，更換活塞桿或油缸，不使用鋁合金升降機時把車降調最低，重新調整螺母。

3、壓力油路的管接頭及各種閥的泄漏。如液壓缸液壓馬達的密封裝置損壞，引起內泄漏嚴重，活塞桿長時間暴露而生銹，阻礙了活塞的順利運動。
