1、升降機(jī)齒輪表面疲憊
升降機(jī)齒輪齒面點(diǎn)蝕，點(diǎn)蝕多發(fā)生在節(jié)線四周。當(dāng)接觸應(yīng)力和輪回次數(shù)超過一定限度時(shí)，兩齒面會產(chǎn)生微小的裂紋，接觸應(yīng)力是隨時(shí)間而變化的脈動(dòng)輪回應(yīng)力，隨輪回次數(shù)的增加，裂紋逐步擴(kuò)展，就會使裂紋之間的金屬微粒剝落下來形成齒面疲憊點(diǎn)蝕。

2、監(jiān)督及齒面磨損
